Here's the tale directly from Mindseye creator :

Before the mysterious villain decides to move her to his 'safe' place. He stands at the edge of the Pond. he hadn't planned on Meeting any of the costumed types today, and was unsure of what to do with her exactly.
One thing he did do however was admire her form. Although a somewhat small man, he usually preferred women around his size. But this comely woman in front of him, well she was something. He knelt down to gaze at her further, her thick body, possessed of wide womanly hips, her erect nipples stood out of the water as if waiting for something. He wondered if she was turned on by her conforming, pink sheer costume. Hints of the brown skin beneath teased him incessantly. The wetness of the water on the skintight suit, made his man parts squirm. He'd go easy on this Sensual snoop, he isn't a murderer after all, but he must be the most successful at this years Flower show, there's too much at stake with his research into Botany.

As he reached into the water and touched the suit... he nearly lost it.. her soft flesh, was almost too much.. Using his willpower he pulls the woman from the water
He musnt look at her.. he pulled her into the closet he used and tied her tightly. He didn't want to, but he reached forth to touch her plump breasts, and ran a finger over an erect nipple.. sighing he quickly closed the door and ran off.
